  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
     • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
     1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

  The first error indicates that the text will be converted to image due to which the hyperlink does not work (this may be due to system fonts).

  I think it is a bug. I uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled Acrobat v11.0.0. I tried the link and it works properly. Then, I installed each both updated and tested the hyperlink. Update 1-10, that the link works. However, when the 11.0.11 update is installed, the "Go to a page in another document" hyperlink stops working in browsers. V11.0.12 installation does not solve the problem. If I uninstall Acrobat and install v11.0.0 with updated v11.0.10, everything works fine.

  If your content should be served from a web server or LMS, Flash global security won't be a problem.  Can you try to upload to a web server and send the URL to test to your co-workers?

  Quick back-story. We bought a subscription to Captive when they announced HTML5 support, but due to lack of devices supported, we also bought a subscription to the presenter who has a mobile app. Some of our content have been created using Captivate now these projects had voice over I had to export and rename audio files to associate with the correct slide. I went ahead and manually imported each individual audio file to the correct slide in the PowerPoint presentation.

  My problem now is when I publish the PowerPoint (2007) with 9 to present project does not charge that he has just the rotation he arrow. For some reason any the project works in "Preview" mode, but not when it is published. Is there a way to find the path where are stored the cache preview files?

  Please check the following settings:

  GoTo Adobe Presenter > quiz > Manage > Reporting

  Make sure that AICC is not enabled.

  If the AICC report is enabled, it will not play in Destop mode.  Please disable the AiCC.

  Hello.  I try to install a trial version of the presenter.  I have Office 2010 and I'm on a HP with i5 processor.  Windows is the 64-bit version.   I close everything except this window. I click on install now and I first get a box asking where to extract some files too.  I select a folder and extract them.  Then he said: Installer initialization. Then, I get a screen where I select "install a trial".  I accept the agreement. I click on Adobe Presenter 8.1 (64-bit) and also Adobe assets under it and click on install (the folder is C:\Program Files\Adobe).  I click on install and allow the program to make changes to my system.  All this time the black box with the button "Install now" orange is always open on my screen). It seems ot be slow towards the end of the installation, but maybe it's me to be impatient.  Then I get a box full install so I click Close.

  Then I opened PowerPoint 2010.  Go to the Options, Add-ins folder.  You see not matter where presenter.  I saw on another site that I should (under Comm add in), click Add and locate the file MenuLauncher.dll.  I found this under the Files\Adober\Adober presenter 8.1 program.  I click to add and I get an error:

  Adobe Presenter version (32/64 bit) to install depends on the version of PowerPoint.

  Pleasefollow the steps below to find if your PowerPoint is 32 bit / 64 bit.

  -Open powerPoint and click on 'File' > 'Help' and look at the version number in the right side.

  If it is 32 bit, download the 32-bit version of presenter and install. It should install successfully.

  I recently had a major virus/malware attack. So after installing Norton Antivirus and by disabling all this out when I tried to reboot, it wouldn't start up. so... After several failed attempts to use reinstall drive to repair the startup, I just reinstalled Windows. Later I realize that none of my preiviously installed programs worked. It seems that they are all there, some in a Windows.old folder and other in the same place they were before. Even those of annother hard drive that I have does not work.

  Since Monday my Powerpoint not started over. There is an error with the addin represent. I work with WIN 7 64 bit. 2103 presenter 10 64-bit and 64-bit office. I also use webdesign Adobe CS6 and 8 Captivate.

  I uninstalled all Adobe products by first using the Windows uninstaller and then the adobe tool for cleaning program. I uninstalled Office 2013. Then I installed everything is new, but the problem is the same. Someone at - it an idea? I don't want to make completely new machine.

  Thank you very much for the support. Last night I solved the problem. I disabled the antivirus after an update and what a wonder, presenter was working. I have comprehensive care of G Data and after a call to the support they told me to turn off the Exploidprotection. Since then, I've been very happy; Presenter and G Data still worked.

• Presentation does not load.

  I have created and published a series of modules of Captivate presentations/learning. When I downloaded the last being at the server and tried to go to the file .htm, it shows a white screen and the browser indicates that it is finished loading. No error message, just nothing. It has exactly the same publication settings, like all my Captivate 7 projects work and the preview work if I just open the file .htm on my computer. Any idea what could happen?

  Check that all necessary files have been uploaded to the web server, especially the JS and creates Captivate SWF files, not only the HTM.  When you preview on place all files would be present.  Maybe this isn't the case on the server.  Check also the blockers of popups on your browser.  Maybe they interfere with playback.
