I installed the latest version of Photoshop from the creative clouds and my tool work started weird type, whenever I try to use the text tool to correct a paragraph in a the entire layer leyer turns black and I don't see what I'm doing. Also, the entire workspace is greater and the tools of icons so that they does not fit in the screen... Any body can help?
If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed. All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

In general on a windows system should there be shortcut to Adobe Photoshop CC in the start menu > menu all programs and on a mac go to your Applications folder and in the folder called
Adobe Photoshop CC double click on the Adobe Photoshop CC.app.
On a mac after starting photoshop cc you can go to the docking station, just right-click on the icon for photoshop cc, click Options, and click on keep in Dock, which will place a shortcut to photoshop cc in the dock.
Under windows, you can click with the right button on the shortcut of cc of photoshop in all programs and choose send to > desktop (create shortcut)

Impossible to install photoshop using the creative cloud or any other means
Hello there I really need your help with the installation of cloud on my mac adobe creative
in fact, I was able to install only Adobe illustrator, but the rest products I couldn't like photoshop and InDesign, they reach 40% then it shows me the error free code available, I checked my log files and the only mistake I could find was
System requirement check failed for a payload. which is not accurate at all since my mac have the system requirements to run the creative cloud and that I already have illustrator upward and running on my mac
I even tried to do that with older versions as cs6 and always impossible to install...
my mac is the end 2011 with 8 GB of RAM and 2.4 i7

I have problems with photoshop and the creative cloud
I have the creative cloud and use to have Photoshop CC, but since I upgraded to El captain on my Mac I have more access to Photoshop - not even an option to load this program. All of the suggestions.
Have you tried to sign your e-mail account and password? Search for "Buy this product" click on it and sign.

Photoshop Elements &; the creative cloud
Please add Photoshop Elements as part of the creative cloud! It may seem like Photoshop CS users haven't needed items, but many of us create products, tutorials, and training for both programs and really want the advantage of have included it with the rest of the Cloud offers creative. It is not an expensive program compared to the rest, but would be worth really nice added option for those of us subscribing. Thank you for your attention.

Update of the creative cloud app screwed me over. How can I return back photoshop 2014
I can't go back to photoshop 2014 even go through the app CC 'older versions' option like the app updated and just installed latest version only where I got off auto updates and also not to remove the old version when updating. Stop making decisions for me Adobe you bloody idiots. If you released a perfect software then it wouldn't be a problem but you seem just to serve your paying customers testing ground.
Solve this problem and tell me how can I come back I want to use the version of the software. The amount of parameters presets/brushes and settings, I had the installer is a ballache to sort again!

After the trial period, I buy creative cloud, for photography, so I think I can use photoshop and lightroom cc cc 2015!
But application allow me to download the full version, it seems that my trial period is to expire, but I pay, and I received the e-mail confirmation from adobe!
Unfortunately is not possible for me to communicate with the customer service, I work right now!
I don't really know how to solve this problem...

We want to use the software as a registered user, we paid our monthly subscriptions.
Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I am currently working on a project for a client when the trial ran out to the creative cloud, I went and updated the account to the account paying and now none of the applications starts. Get "Application has stopped working" for Application Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver... (you get it..). My system is running the preview of windows 8, but all applications functioned until I started to pay for the Service. I tried to uninstall it but the error unistaller. I tried the Adobe cleaner but seems to do nothing. I ran as admin and win7 compatibility Windows XP, applications and everything else I can think.
I need quick help... Now that I'm paying for him nothing works... :-(
We must keep in mind that Windows 8 is still pre-release, so unexpected behavior is likely, but you said that these applications have been use to work fine intiallly, so something has changed on the machine and the new update to Win 8.

1) check in the new user account
(2) uninstall the software, run the cleanup tool and reinstall them.
