  I checked the properties of Microsoft Office 7 Ultimate and it seems to me that the single play button is enabled. My permissions of the user are writing & and I'm supposed to have administrator rights.
  I don't know if I should try to reinstall or what.  I'm typing this on my XP Pro with Windows 2003 machine, which is networked with my other computer where Office 7 Ultimate does not work, even if it was this morning.  Updates from Microsoft and I was online with Office Online right before you have the problem.

  Sometimes recovery CD are dependent on the architecture of a hard drive.  If it is different from the original disc, then we have problems.

  In this case, the best thing you could do is contact HP and see if this is the case.  If it is not why this happens, they should be able to help you as well because they are the ultimate authority on their recovery process.
