  You use a specific burning program to burn those files to a CD? I'll try a different CD or the brand of CDs. make sure you can open the files you want to burn and that the CD/DVD burner is free from dust.

  You cannot delete built-in on an iPad apps.

  You can try to reset to the factory settings via settings > general > reset > erase all content and settings, or through the Summary tab when it is connected to the computer iTunes - but if it's a demonstration model, they may not work, you may need to contact Apple and see if they can / will help (demo devices must not be sold)

  The best way to remove the bitlocker password is to follow these steps.

  (a) connect your external hard drive in the computer.

  (b) click Start, click Control Panel.

  (c) while on the Panel, the icon find Bitlocker Drive Encryption , click

  (d) you will see all the partitions on your hard disk and their encryption status, whether encrypted or not.

  (e) on one that is encrypted, you will find an option to turn off bitlocker. Click on it and wait for the machine to decrypt.

  You are able to start in safe mode, then you can perform the clean boot in safe mode and then try to boot into normal mode.

• After removing a virus from my computer, I can't access any of my programs like Windows Media Player. Pop - up says choose program to open the file type.

  After removing a virus from my computer last year, I struggle to access most programs such as media player and other things.  When I try to open something, I get a popup asking me to choose the program I want to use to open this file. For some programs, this file is actually listed.  But for the most part, they did not.  For example, Nero express is what I use to copy CDs or DVDs.  I have to go into a safe mode to use it as well as using programs to run virus checks.  I was told that the virus had somehow corrupted or affected my file extensions.  I almost had cheated using powerful PC Max but did some research beforehand.  Any suggestions?

  • Find the program you want to use.  If you are looking in C:\Program Files\------, you determine which file is the actual program.  You should be able to tell from the icon.  If not, see note below)

  • Click OK
  • Repeat the above for each type of different file according to the needs

  There are a few exceptions, including but not limited to Microsoft applications, which use a more obscure reference to the target.  Word, for example, indicates the 'target' as a 'Microsoft Office' gray of no matter the version.  The real exe for Word is 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICEnn\WinWord.exe' where the nn refers to the version of Word that you have (Word XP/2002 is 10, Word 2003 is 11, Word 2007 is 12, Word 2010 is 14).

I have AVG Anti-Virus installed on my computer, so I thought that I was safe to download the file. However, once downloaded AVG detected a threat, so I put in quarantine. Apparently it installed on my computer, and of course annoying adware ads popped up whenever I went through Internet. I went to add or remove programs and found (file name is FREEzeFlip), and every time I try to remove it, my antivirus detects a threat and quarantines, preventing me to spend with the removal process. I did a scan with AVG which found nothing, then installed Malware Bytes, which found 6 threats which were all adware and supposed to be deleted successfully. I restarted my computer, browsed the web, and every time I visit a Web site, Malware Bytes gives the message "successfully blocked access to a potentially dangerous website 64.94.137.96 type: outgoing," I guess that's blocking a pop-up every time ad that appears. I went to add or remove programs and Malware Bytes gave essentially the same message as AVG and quarantine. I googled 'remove FREEzeFlip' and found this Web page with technical support information to remove the FREEzeFlip from the computer: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:yvW4QAnD1fYJ:freezeflip.com/support.html+remove+FREEzeFlip&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source= www.google.com (click on text version if it does not load). LOL... these idiots...
