  • Photo and video of the wizard import and library in Windows 7 "is not" photos and video previously imported from the iPhone

I am trying to import photos/videos from my iphone to my Win 7 PC.  I imported the photos from my iphone a few days ago, but not a not erase them the iPhone when I imported.  Now I want to re - import these pictures and delete them, but I can't.  Apparently, the Win 7 photo/video import wizard (and photo gallery of Win) remembers if you have already imported some photos, and if you have, it doesn't let you "import" them later.  He can't even see them - it just says no: "no new pictures or videos on this device" or similar.  Is there a way to disable the photo how the Import Wizard remember already imported photos, so I can just import all the photos that are on the iphone, regardless if they were imported before?

My biggest problem is that always seems to be no easy way to delete all the photos on an iphone using Win 7, unless you remove them from the iphone as you download them on your PC.  Unfortunately, because I have already downloaded the photos without removing iPhone, the photo Import Wizard is not even 'see' the most and won't let me not re - import (allowing me to erase from the iphone).

A related issue - I think I should be able to browse my iphone through Windows Explorer image files and copy them to my computer, everything as I would by plugging into any camera to my computer.  Win 7 seems to detect the iphone OK device in Windows Explorer, but when I browse the image files they are empty (even though there are hundreds of photos on the iphone).

I've been struggling with this for hours, and it shouldn't be this hard.  I'm a PC user since a long time, but new on Win 7 (I can't find where everything is more) and relatively new to iPhones.  Help?

First, you must use iTunes to * manage * photos and music * on * your iPhone. You
can't do what you want to use anything native to Windows 7. Or with Windows Live
    Phot Gallery.

iTunes is actually pretty intuitive when it comes to synchronization of content.

  • Not able to play songs directly from the Windows Media Player library.

Original title: Windows Media Player won't play songs unless I have...

WMP plays the songs, unless I directly go where the file is located and open like that.  It works just fine. The problem is a lot of work. I play usually just in my library on shuffle. Many songs will not play this way, though, but like I said, they work fine when I open the file from its location. There is a blue circle with an exclamation in it that says "WMP can not locate this file. The file may have been deleted or moved, or the path may be incorrect. "I checked the location, and they are there. Help, please!

Well, looks like your Explorer library WMP links are corrupt; You probably need to rebuild the library. Corruption occurs when files are moved or changed in the library of the Explorer... tasks of this nature must be always performed in the library WMP or the location of the file.

In a first step, go to 'Tools' - 'Advanced' (if you do not see 'tools' of the bar menu isn't showing, then go to "Organize" - "Layout" and select "Show Menu bar")-then click on "restore Library. WMP will then rebuild the library.

  • Messages deleted by mistake from the iPhone, but still on iPad.

I have an iPhone 5 and iPad who synchronized Messages and.  I made a mistake of the user and delete the SMS to the person on my iPhone, but are always on messages have not updated and the conversation is always on my iPad.  Is there a way to get the messages that appear on my iPad on my iPhone?  I tried to restore the iPhone with the iPad, but it doesn't work.  I was able to remove the messages from my iPad and keep them.  If the world is a perfect place, I want to be able to "transfer" the messages lost from my iPad to my iPhone.  Everything would then as I want.  Is this possible?  If so, what should I do?

That's what the iCloud or iTunes backup is for.

If you are backing up on a regular basis and that the message has been included in this backup, and then you restore your phone from this backup.

If you do not have a backup, so that the message has disappeared and you can only access it from your iPad.

  • Cannot delete all music from the iphone 6 (9.2.1)

    Title says it all.

Settings/general/to words of the 13 songs on iPhone reports

Settings/general/storage & iCloud, its use is not an entry for the music application.

Desktop iTunes app (on the mac 12.3.2.35 version) shows no music on the iPhone when it's connected.

Music app on iPhone is configured to not use cellular data for download or streaming (settings/music)

When I put the phone in Airplane Mode, I'm still able to play music from iPhone music application.

It's annoying, because when I move the phone via the USB port to my car, he turns the radio and he started playing the first 13 songs that are 'on' the iPhone.

In addition, as a complaint aside, in-app music, I put my music to only display available offline downloaded music, it shows all the music I have purchased through iTunes. A lot of songs more than the 13 reported that on my iPhone.

  • Windows is not inviting them to download pictures from the iphone

It worked... the last month but now when I connect my 5 Iphone to my computer iTunes opens, but he is not ready to do anything for the photos.

The iphone does not show under "computer" shut up... it displays an icon for «icloud photos»

I want to just save the photos from my phone to a folder in my pictures... as I always!

    Always Windows XP btw

Well, it seems that this has to do with the end of support for Windows XP... will not be device drivers up-to-date.

I doubt that, unless you're referring to updates of the driver through Windows Update, that you should NEVER accept for XP.  For Windows XP, an update of the driver should only be downloaded since then, either site of the manufacturer of your computer (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo) or the website of the manufacturer of the hardware in question, for example, Apple.

If iTunes recognizes the phone but the phone does not appear in my computer or Windows Explorer (really the same thing), the problem is likely to be something wrong with AppleMobileDeviceHelper.exe AppleMobileDeviceService.exe or another part of the iTunes installation package.

I suggest you uninstall iTunes as follows, then download and install the latest version:

To perform a 'clean' of iTunes installation use this technique proposed, taken from the Apple bandages HT 1925 and HT1926.  (If you are using Vista, see THIS instead).

Go to control panel > Add/Remove programs
Remove these applications in the following order (do not restart your computer if you are prompted during this process):

    1. iTunes (if other program entries were listed for iTunes in Add / Remove Programs, remove these establishments)
    2. iPod Updater (if present)
    3. Apple Software Update
    4. Apple Mobile Device Support
    5. Hello
    6. Application of Apple Support (iTunes 9 or later)
    7. iPod for Windows (this may or may not exist, be it, it is not necessary, then we can remove it)
    8. QuickTime

Open my computer > C: > Program Files
    Delete these files (if present)

    1. iPod
    2. iTunes
    3. Hello
    4. Common Apple
    5. QuickTime

Follow these steps if the message "cannot delete iPodService.exe: it is used by another person or program" appears when you try to delete the folder of the iPod.

    1. Make sure that you have iTunes and iPod Update utility are not open.
    2. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
    3. Select Start Task Manager.
    4. Click the processes tab.
    5. Locate the iPodService.exe in the list.
    6. IPodService.exe-click and choose end process.
    7. Quit Task Manager.

    Empty your temp directory:
Open my computer > C: > Documents & Settings > username > Local Settings and delete the contents of the folder called "Temp".

If you don't see the local settings, enable hidden files:
Tools > Folder Options > view tab
Select Show Hidden Files & folder, and then click OK

Once this file is empty, restart the computer

NOTE: If you have trouble uninstalling applications, or if you have a problem, reinstall iTunes because the installer complains that it can not uninstall the current version of iTunes, see the 'Installation issues' section below.

Download & reinstall iTunes from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

    Installation problems

There are several tools to deal with problems installing or uninstalling applications.  If you have these problems, the following should help.  Before using one of these tools (including #3), you must create a restore point from the system first (or back up the registry with C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT).  See http://windowsxp.mvps.org/registry.htm a complete disk image would be safer if you have this ability.

1 Microsoft has a program install and the resolution of the problems of the uninstalling which is supposed to "work better" and be "safer" to use the old Install Cleanup Utility (3 below).

    2. free Revo Uninstaller.  You can also download a trial version of uninstaller Revo's ' Pro', which has a few more aggressive cleaning options, but this should not be necessary.

3 Microsoft Windows Install Cleanup Utility.  Although this tool has been the preferred tool to deal with the problems of Windows Installer, Microsoft removed from Microsoft download servers because it seems sometimes deleted more than he was supposed to (I believe this was linked to Office uninstall).  You can still get Windows Installer Cleanup here--> http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html utility

    Hi HussainMuhammad,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community and thanks for posting the question.

According to the description provided, it seems that you cannot load multiple applications in Windows 8 at the same time.

I have this link which should guide you in the right direction.

Visit this link to know how to use the snap functionality of the application in Windows 8.

  • Cannot delete apps from the iPhone.

Impossible to delete 2 iPhone apps or delete them when I sync with iTunes. In fact they aren't even in iTunes list installed applications.

Here are the apps that are part of the iOS (for example, watch or health)?  Those who cannot be removed.  Maybe if you said that you try to remove the apps, we could give you a better answer.

  • Not able to install updates to get the message: 'updates were not able to configure correctly, returning from changes'...

Original title: I have Vista with Service Pack 2, but were unable to come down and configure updates since 07/12/11. Need help, thank you.

Do not get the error codes. Just when I reboot, I get the message "updates were not able to configure correctly, returning from the changes".

    Hello

You are able to start in safe mode, then you can perform the clean boot in safe mode and then try to boot into normal mode.
Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

See the following article in the Microsoft KB for more information on how to solve a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.
If you are able to boot to the desktop after you perform a clean boot Windows check updates history of inforamtion on the updates failed.
