I AM STUCK ON MY COMPUTER!

When my computer has finished its updates, I was on the web. But all of a sudden some ad popped up and I just closed without knowing what it was. now since I closed my computer, I put my password and it says: "windows access may be granted, until you authenticate you with all of your required peripherals. Now I realized that the announcement was not an ad and that it was something, I had to fill in. So now I can not connect in my computer. What should I do?

A pop-up ad, with running microsoft update? Update does not allow for that...

While your application may very well be authentic, it could also be interpreted as a surreptitious attempt to bypass Windows security.

The only recommended method to retrieve an administrative password is to login as another administrator account and reset the password to a known unknown. If the administrative passwords could be easily overcome, there would not be much point in them.

It is in the terms of use and the Code of conduct of the responses of these forums to request or provide assistance to the cracking a password. Do not forget that you agreed to these and review if necessary.

You can view the policy of Microsoft about lost or forgotten passwords (KB189126) for more information on what resources are available to you.

The only advice that I can offer you is either begin to guess what the password could possibly be or reinstall Windows by default.

  • How to remove AVG completely from my computer Stuck in Firewall and AVG security site can't seem to solve the problem

AVG is stuck in my computer and I can't go out with their solutions and downloads.  It remains in the firewall and security and I tried all the downloads and more. I also tried serval programs that State they remove all the remaining elements of the programs.  AVG will disappear if I throw my computer and reload. Put to upgrade to the new program of the window but don't want AVG follow me.

    Have downloads you tried?

Assuming that your PC is 32-bit (it's almost surely), use the cleaner 32-bit here:
First, try the version from 2013. Then, if no joy, the 2012 version.
Always if no joy, reinstall the program. Then uninstall it. Then, run the mover.
  • computer is stuck in the screen that lets you choose Safe mode or start normally

    Original title: stuck

My computer is stuck in the screen that lets you choose Safe mode or start normally. When I choose that it just goes back to the same screen. stuck in this screen

If there is a problem starting, XP is configured to automatically try to start again and you can stuck in a loop not being able to go beyond the screen boot options, or none of these startup options you choose will work only.

Sometimes, when XP has a problem starting or falls down and tries to start again, it will give you a "short" menu of boot options and none of them will appear to be good to get your system going again.  You have tried them all!

The options are similar to the Advanced Boot Options menu XP, but the only option that you need (disable automatic error system reboot) are not offered, because XP went too far during the boot process and offers a limited number of boot options.

If this is the case, you must call Options menu advanced boot yourself until you do not see the option:

Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

When you get the XP Advanced Options correct start menu you want to see, he has options on it like these:

    Safe mode
    Safe mode with networking
    Safe mode with command prompt

    Enable Boot logging
    Enable VGA mode
Last good Configuration known (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
    Debug mode
Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

    Start Windows normally
    Reset
    Return to OS Choices Menu

You need to choose in this menu is the option:

Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

Then if XP does not start normally, you will see an error screen with information and clues about the problem and then you can decide what to do next.

If you do not see the automatic restart on system failure option turn it off, you must reset your system and start typing the key F8 on the keyboard until you see her disable automatic restart on system failure option.

If you miss the window of opportunity F8, you must try again and start tapping the F8 key with more urgency (earlier and more frequently) until you see disable automatic restart on system failure, and then select.

You must keep trying the F8 menu until you see disable automatic restart on system failure option, and select it.

If your system has a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), we need to know what the screen says:

Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:

    http://TechRepublic.com.com/i/tr/downloads/images/bsod_a.jpg

Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).

Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.

If it looks like there is some kind of name listed in the STOP message file, send this line also.

Ignore the boring text unless it seems important to you.  We know what a BSOD looks like, we need to know what your BSOD looks like.

Answering queries and results report of the disable automatic restart on system failure screen and you can decide what to do next.
