My creative Cloud Desktop under Apps menu shows not all apps. I've already got Illustrator CC on my computer for a trial version. I can open and it works fine. When I try to download Photoshop CC I get a "download error please Contact Customer Support" (see the picture I included). This is a new computer that I am doing this on.
What I want is to have Photoshop CC as an Illustrator CC.
Can someone help me?

Excellent thanks for the Jabberwocky777 update. If you are having similar trouble reinstalling Adobe Creative applications then please see CC Office lists the applications as "up-to-date" during the no facility not - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html. Please be aware that uninstalling programs have to be executed at instead drag the application to the trash.

Why do I get the error code 1935 when installiing Photoshop Elements 10
I uninstalled Photoshop items 10 from my way of thinking in C drive I could reinstall on my drive G (portable hard drive) where the photos are stored. now, I can't reinstall on the C or G drive because I keep getting Error 1935, which States "Error 1935 occurred during the installation of assembly component {HRESULT 74FD3CE6-2A8D-0E9C-A01F-C8B39B9A1E18E: 0x80070BC9}. I don't know what to do from here, because as I indicated above, it was installed on my C drive previously. I have the software (3 CD), it is not a download.

Should uninstall us cloud creative cs6 before installing the cloud creative cc?
I am an existing Member of creative cloud with cs6 apps installed through creative cloud on my PC. I don't want two versions (I want both cs6 and cc) - so I want to remove my machines cs6.
My question is - is better first to remove apps from cs6 creative cloud of my machine and install cc creative cloud applications, or should I install cc creative cloud apps then uninstall cloud creative cs6 apps?
Or... isn't it important?
Or... can the cloud creative cc Installer hjandle uninstalling cloud creative cs6 apps?
On Lightroom (5) - I had to uninstall Lightroom 4 manually.
Adobe - is there a best practice here?

bobba1, CS6 and CC are two separate applications. Thus, it is irrelevant at all, how or in what order uninstall you.
If you do not want to keep both of them, you can install CS6, maybe after or before installing CC, your choice.
It is the same with Lightroom.

Cloud creative numbers annual monthly payment cancellation
I signed up for the kit of the annual monthly student for the Cloud Creative Adobe in may 2015. I assumed I was getting service, but when I went to cancel that there was no link indicating that I had purchased access (who's going so there is nothing to cancel). However, I have been charged $21,36 each month since may, 2015 for the service. I called customer service and they told me there was no purchase is made. They suggested the possibility that it is under a different e-mail account. I checked all that my email addresses thinking that it might be possible, but none of them showed a purchase, they were all still "free". They that indicated that there was fraud and he told me to report it to my Bank. Currently, it's from here.

Lighrroom 6 is not a free upgrade from older versions of the software constantly, but rather can be purchased here: link to the purchase of Adobe products .
Scroll to lightroom and click 'buy '. Click on the text selectable by "I want: 'and select 'upgrade'."
However, since you have the CC photography plan, you should be able to download and install Lightroom CC 2015 on the site of creative cloud.
Since Lightroom CC is a new product, it will not show as an update in Adobe Application Manager.
Instead, press the button install next to Lightroom in the Application Manager.
If you do not see 'install' by Lightroom in the application manager, please first try to log out and return to: connect and disconnect from the creative cloud desktop application
