He played very well on the PC and burn to my DVD - R Memorex without problem.  However, now that he's in my Toshiba DVD player, nothing happens.  I have a black and white screen with down right a small square box, color.  No display of numbers on reading DVD player.  The Toshiba site indicates that it should play DVD-r.  Need of this DVD to a presentation in a few days.  What's wrong???!!!

  I'm not sure at 100%, but something similar happened to me when I created a movie in windows movie maker.
  what I had to do was to convert the file to an AVI file that I was able to do as part of the utility of movie maker, and then import the file into a dvd creator software utility called (dvd Creator free 2) and then I could read in my dvd player.   I created my pictures in Windows Movie Maker with a title page for each project.  When I created a dvd in Windows DVD Maker, box scenes passes the text to the images in the project.  Is there anyway to put the dvd up to display the text only for the scenes but not images during playback.  I don't want to see the images, just the title of the scene.  Thanks for any help you can give.

  The only new version would be Windows Live
  Movie Maker and I think most users would
  not to call it an 'Upgrade '.

  Personally, I suggest making small
  projects, or even a first part and a second part on
  two DVD.

• Help - I am trying to create a playlist with Winamp

  I'm having a nightmare of a time.  I just got my Sansa Clip and I'm creating playlists on it without WMP.  I already searched the forum, widely and looked here for the better part of 3 hours and finally I decided to just post a new thread since the 'old' do not seem to help much at all.

  I am running Windows XP sp2.  I'm trying to create the playlist in Winamp.  My video is in MSC mode.  After following the instructions, I finally found here, I could create a playlist * and * it worked.  There are two problems, I met at this stage.

  (1) after you create the playlist in Winamp, I have to unplug the Clip, then reconnect it before the playlist occurs.

  (2) after #1 above, there * 2 * identical entries in the 'Portable' of the Winamp Media Library list, each with the same media list and playlist list.

  (3) if I click on the playlist in Winamp, the entry is completely empty.

  There must be a simple way to create/edit a playlist on the clip.  But as I said, 3 hours later and I'm hardly closer to a practical solution.  Almost everything what I found in the forum and online are either old or only offer pieces of the puzzle together.

  Any help would be appreciated wildly.  Thanks in advance!

  1. Yes, it will not be displayed (on your drive) until you disconnect and updates the database.
  2. I never use the 'Portable' list Simply go to 'Preferences Library' Winamp > media > click the spyware Folders tab and the button "Add folder...". ». Access the letter of your Clip (E: for example) device. Click on the button "scan now". Now he 'sees' your Clip in the library, not the hard drive of your computer.   Thank you for your comments.  I did not use Movie maker to make the DVD, I was using DVD maker and it has worked well in the past, with the same type of video files that I currently use. I don't think I did any changes since I modified a DVD burned, but it is possible.  I'll try to remove the filters and see what happens.
