  • Download Windows 7 when I try to install it, I get the error code 0 x 80070020

I just started a new job and they required windows 7 or 8 for their software. The computer for this work, I bought comes with windows installed 10. I bought 7 instant download online. When I try to install I get the error code 0 x 80070020 (existing file with that name could not be deleted)

Anyone know what this means? I tried to concludes the download link on the website of Microsoft and use, then just key in my product key but I cannot find anywhere, download, all 10 of Windows.

I have no idea what all this computer stuff means. Any instructions or advice would be appreciated.

    OT:

    Download Windows 7

Any third party web site has the opportunity to resell Windows 7 digital download. So where you have downloaded since probably you sold a pirated copy.

    Note also:

You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 10 do not pilot have native support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer. If there is no native driver, you will need to consider returning the machine and buying a machine preloaded with Windows 10 Pro with downgrade rights to Windows 7 Professional. Or look through the catalogue of manufacturers for systems already preloaded with Windows 7, usually the business sector will have these options.

  • Downloading a file, application/octet-stream mime type, I always get the dialog box "do you want to save to save this file?" Cancel or save.

A number of us use a private site where run us an application in offline mode. The application offers a download button so that we can take a snapshot of our progress in offline mode, a sort of backup. When we'll be back online you can either download the information from the application or we can load the backup files.

The problem is that every time we hit the download button, we always get the additional dialog box asking if we want to save or cancel the download of the file. It may sound a little silly, but we really do not want to have to move the mouse to the new dialog box and click on the "Save" button.

The mime type of the file is application/octet-stream, there is no file extension.

Is there a way to change the configuration of Firefox so that this dialog box does not appear?

    Thank you.

My apologies, but I deleted all system information collected automatically because I am not in a position to submit this application for machines where the problem occurs.

    These system are:
    14:04.3 Ubuntu LTS
    Firefox 40.0.3

Content of type "application/octet-stream" will cause always Firefox show the 'open with' Download dialogue.
To avoid this download, you must configure the server to send another type of content and possibly change the file extension.

  • When I try to stream I just get a black screen

I have a Live Microsoft cam and on most of the sites when I allowed broadcasting I get a black screen only. However on one site, there are 2 options in the drop-down list box Cam. Live Cam 5000 or something like "713xBDA Analog capture", which is the automatic choice. If I change Cam Live I can move, but most of the sites don't give me an option to change the cam.

Also, when I go to the "devices" section told me that the app is incomplete!

Could you please be kind enough to help.

Could I ask you to explain to me about this?

    0 X 80070490 - ERROR_NOT_FOUND
Corrupted system file; You will need to perform an upgrade on the spot or reinstalling the operating system.

The error you receive occurs if there is corruption in the manifest of component maintenance base.

your system is unstable and an inplace upgrade or reinstall may be necessary. An inplace upgrade is a repair installation while a relocation means a clean install.

Ignore the title: the "Windows features" dialog box is empty in Windows 7 or Windows Vista, or you receive an error message that includes the following code when you try to use Windows Update: "0 x 80073712".

    "Explains the SFC / Scannow.

A repair install is the usual solution of SFC/scannow does not work. Not a repair install is not enough if the problem was caused by a virus/malware. Generally a clean installation is required in this case.

This explains an option that may or may not work as "System File Checker". The link above shows you how to make a SFC.

On the other hand if the SFC does not work then you are to repair, install or reinstall.

Note that a repair install is not sufficient if the problems is caused by a virus/malware and a clean install is recommended.

    Hello

This happens in Windows or browser?

    1.

Make sure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest graphics card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the last to make sure this isn't a last number one driver. If you have already experienced with the driver of the card later and earlier versions, please give the beta driver for your video card to try if they are available.

    Hello

You can try the steps from the following link and check if it works:
""The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed "error message when you install a program in Windows XP "
Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Hello

You don't say how you try to install SP1

Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, installation of SP1 first if it is not already installed.

    Vista SP1 32-bit (x 86): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30

    Vista SP1 64-bit: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21299

When I try to install Firefox, I get an error "could not open the output file. I used Firefox before and it doesn't work anymore, so I uninstalled. Cannot re - install now.

    This has happened

    Each time Firefox opened

    I tried to download firefox.

    User Agent

    Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; INTERNET EXPLORER 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; AntivirXP08; GTB6.3; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; MS - RTC LM 8)

When you click on the download link on GetFirefox.com, you should be asked if you want to run or save the file. If this situation occurs when you try to run the download, try instead to record and put the file on your desktop or in a similar place, where you are certain that you can find.

When the download is complete, try double-clicking on the downloaded file in the normal Windows Explorer (browse your way to the file from the desktop). This should start the installation.

If, in the Explorer window, you notice that the file seems to be missing the Firefox icon orange/blue, right click the file and select Properties. The image should look like the attached picture (except that mine is in Danish, but that is irrelevant) if saved correctly - if it don't look like this, would you please describe the content or attach a screenshot of the box. Especially what it says under "File Type" - it must be 'program '. If this isn't the case, will have to focus on what could be the problem here.

A bit off-topic, your Internet Explorer seems to be quite a bit outdated (IE 6, where the current version is IE 8), so I highly recommend that you try to run Windows Update to get your system up to date. Is it as a society (such as a thin client Terminal Server computer) system, this is not possible, and most likely, your system administrator will have to help you.
