  This program<><><>program: Win32 / winMaximizer affect my app SPAMfighter in outlook express, somehow it disabled it, but it was still in the control panel. I did uninstall and reinstall and the Registry2.Key_error does not appear at reboot.

  How are you connected to the internet? You're behind a corporate firewall particularly safe? You're on Mac or Windows? You have an anti-malware software running on your computer which can prevent applications other than your browser to connect to internet?

  You can try the steps below:

  1. close the application of creative cloud.

  2. navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  3. delete the opm.db file.

  4. launch creative cloud.

  Let me know what happens if you copy files from the USB on your desktop, then open it in Reader.

  If the error persists, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > Preferences > (protection) "and see if that helps.

  Right-click on a file, select open with, again, and select the appropriate program in the list.  Make sure that the checkbox "always use..." "is checked.
