I am trying to transfer an old profile in Windows 7, but the AppData folder does not appear under my name in the USERS folder. How can I find it?

  Hello Marwan,

  When you create a document you have many options that can make changes to it.  By default, a document is open to all registered to edit users.  If you do not want to allow anyone to edit your document, you can make this change through the function of 'collaboration '.  Just change the document you created and develop the collaboration tool to view your options.

  POP mail accounts must be configured to "leave messages on server".
  Check this box before use.

  • Tools > account settings > server for the e-mail account settings

  Select: 'leave messages on the server.

  Optional: select: "during the more than xx days" this will remove something more that select the specified number of days "until I have delete" when you delete an email it will be deleted from the server.

  Click Ok to save the settings.

  POP mail accounts are only looking at the Inbox and download everything that has not been previously downloaded regardless of whether it has been read or not. They cannot access or download from any other folder on the server.

  If you want to download the e-mail messages in other directories, you must move the emails in the Inbox to upload and it's may not be practical in your situation.

  What you can do is to synchronize your IMAP folders to a copy downloaded to your IMAP e-mail account.
  Then switch mode 'offline' to stop any additional synchronization synchronized files update.
  MozBackup tool could now be used to save the profile synchronization created mbox files that contain emails.

  You can also do the following to get a copy outside the IMAP e-mail account:
  Create the same folders in the "local folders".
  Then right click on the email and "copy to" and select local folders and the folder you need.
  Put a copy in the local files means these e-mails are also on your computer and they are not influenced by what you do in the IMAP folder.
  You need backup emails in these folders.

• CC's opening with the old ID without option to change the code. How can I change id?

  It's the second time I have download CC on my Mac. The first time was with a different account. I just bought Photoshop. Before downloading, I had to download Creative Cloud (for the second time) and it opens on my old account asking me to "verify my email.  I have can´t check my email, because I don't have the same address. I would change my Adobe ID at the request of CC finally download Photoshop, but the CC app only gives me the options of closing the window or 'RETURN VERIFICATION EMAIL' to an address that I have is no longer.

  I already tried to uninstall and install CC twice, and it always opens with the old account and the same useless options. How can I solve this?

  I did a movie and released a dvd. Then, I moved my files from movie on an external hard drive to store files and free up space on my computer. So I went back to try a pull up the project and got every X / white clips. So now, I rebooted my computer with the video files I removed on the external hard drive and it still shows empty clips.

  The red Xs indicate that Movie Maker cannot find the original source files.

  Once you have registered the product, you should not see the banner of 'Trial' on NEW projects. This isn't the case, right? You only see on the project that you created before you register the product, right?

  That said, to remove the banner, go to the folder of directory on your hard drive where your project PREL files are stored and delete the folder called Adobe Premiere elements preview files.

  Looks like you are trying to backup either iCloud or iTunes, but you have found an error on files being unavailable. Can reply you with the exact wording or a screenshot of the message you are getting?

  In the meantime, you can solve the problem with either of those two sections depending on whether or not it's iTunes or iCloud:

  If iCloud backup could not be completed or if you can not restore

  or

  If your iTunes backup could not be completed or you cannot restore from a backup

  IF your account is an IMAP account, try to delete the e-mail on the Mac. Actions sync between devices in IMAP email, so they should be in the Outbox on the server and you should be able to get to them in the Mail from Mac application, use you it, or in a web browser on the server.
