  SP2 contains several important updates and changes - it must be installed on all Vista machines.

  Hi, follow these steps.

  1. close the WhatsApp application.

  2. go in the settings, choose WhatsApp, type uncheck all options.

  3 restart WhatsApp. Close the message about activation notifications.

  It should work now.

  You say that this computer is new, so it will be under warranty.  If it has never been able to start, I take it back to the place I bought it and tell them that they sold you a defective computer.  They must either fix it or replace it free of charge.  Alternatively, you can contact Lenovo to see if they can help.  New computers should not have these problems.  There's probably a way to restore it to factory settings, but methods differ from one to the other, so you can probably find that on the web site of Lenovo.

  Photoshop elements 11 will use only up to Camera Raw 7.4. You'll either need to upgrade Photoshop Elements or use the free DNG Converter provided by Adobe. The latest version of the DNG Converter is 9.1.
