I am unable to log in and publish a site to BC. I've never had this problem before 2015 of Muse. I get the error "Access using your Adobe ID has expired."

Is attached a screenshot of the error. I also use MUSE to teach a web design class, and we have the same question in class. Not a very good example to show the students when it does not work as it is supposed to.

Please follow these steps and let me know whether or not it solves your problem:

1. exit the Muse.

2. go into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and Sign Out through preferences (in the menu on the gear icon).

3. exit the creative cloud.

4 restart the creative cloud.

5. connect you.

6 restart the Muse.

7. open your file and publish them.
