I ask the improbable?

I'm starting to believe that I ask my Photosmart HP 7520 the improbable.

Topography: HP Media Center PCm7177c running MS Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3

PC is connected via a CAT5 cable for a century link DSL Modem / Router capable of wireless communication which is connected to a router to accommodate the different computers in the House.

Because they said that they could... the family of course wanted to use wi - fi modem with their smart phones.

Then I used the printer setup and it's 'Wireless' and the status and the doctor HP ALL are awesome!

Now what I THINK is the problem: I said I have the printer set up as 'Wireless', but I ALSO have the running back USB cable to the PC.

Problem: Despite any test 'PASS' we can't print acceptable computer!

We can copy.

But if it involves an impression, it's EXCESSIVELY like UNreadably of LIGHT!

The kicker: it ALL worked when I installed it in the first place! It is printed, he did everything... so... no!

What's happening in the... I can check?

Back to my theory: I think the question is - must be the USB cable or wirelesss DO NOT both. Since my old PC knows nothing of all this wireless one speaks of--he NEEDS cable companies to print, right?

Help! HP technical support has been frankly less than helpful...

I am NOT a HP technician.

I'm used to be... a fan of HP. Then I brought this printer 7520e in my life and unfortunately... known HP phone and chat 'medium '.  Maybe I need therapy... YEARS of her...

Bottom line and it is based SOLEY on my painful experience and the total lack of famiarity / has the technical ability to HP Technical Support with the Photosmart 7520e printer!  I am referring mainly to my painful phone calls and chat sessions, NOT so much this forum... Although there is confusion in master here also!  Maybe if HP DOCUMENTERAIT and TEST their products? Suffice it to say...

The 7520e can't (successfully) the TWO SUPPORT WiFi and USB!

Oh sure, he CAN DO either, but if you try to connect the two simultaneously and have the two assets, you too can have great pain and anguish!

The previous suggestion of hard starting, is TEMPORARY difficulty to reslove your printer lost and confused, after having two connection options to the top at the same time!

Pick one, run with it, when you want to run the other... plug it in, consider that hard boot!

Meanwhile HP: give me BACK my CAT5 option!
