I intalled Creative Suite 6 on my iMac and the serial number has been validated, but when I connect activate the software, it is suspended until I have the strength of smoke activation. No error message; I have no problem signing in the case.

  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end. He indicated that, in my case, the situation could not be resolved through this method, and I'd still have to contact support via the portal chat staff to help unlock my CS5.5 If this problem occur again should I need to reinstall it on a new computer laptop.

  Charles please do not remove the installation files in the Program Files directory.  I recommend to extract the installation to your downloads folder or your desktop files.  Once installation files are extracted, you can then run the installation program to install Photoshop elements 13.
