I bought Photoshop elements 12 loads of the Organizer, but the editor just churns
I bought Photoshop elements 12 at Costco, the organizer of the charges, but when I click to edit a photo, that the app says to load the editor, gets my ID and password, and then just churns and barattes for over an hour (and I tried it several times). It stops when I use the Task Manager to stop it. I cannot edit my photos and am about to take that back. Elements 7 works perfectly.

Where exactly did you buy it? Up to now, I know Adobe did not create a version of Photoshop Elements for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) devices, their iOS application is called Adobe Photoshop Express.

Finally opened and I tried to get the serial number online by using the identity card, but said website code is not valid. Called Best Buy, they said that adobe should have canceled activation because it has not been installed in a timely. How can I get a serial number for installation?

Can anyone help, I bought Photoshop elements 12 and installed on my Apple Mac, I bought a new windows pc now and would like to transfer Photoshop on. I have the serial number and tried to find out how to install it on my new computer, but do not seem to get anywhere.
I understand (I do work for Adobe), it's that if you bought the BOXED version at a store there both install media and your serial number to work for Mac and PC
If you purchased via download, you get a version only and must buy the other version you change Mac <-->PC
Since version 12 is no longer sold, you can buy version 14

I bought Photoshop elements 14 on a disk from Amazon, but after registration and the download, the only available option button was a free 30 day trial. Does this mean that my £64 did not buy Photoshop Elements, in which case I was mistaken. If I can't use it after 30 days I contacted trading standards.
