  I bought a converted copy of Photoshop elements 12 the other day and I'm trying to install it today. He, however, won't accept my serial number. Whenever I go there, it is said that it is not valid and I must go back and type it again. I'm 100% sure that I type the correct code as it is on a small piece of paper that has the serial number on the back of it.
