  If you install CS5 there is not need to do this if your only reason is so that you can install CS6.  CS6 is a standalone product and does not update CS5.   You'll need is to first install CS6 and then activate it with CS6 serial number.  After that he will notice that you do not have a version more old qualification and then did you select CS5 as this release candidate and then provide its serial number.

  Try to run speaker upwards and make sure that you remove all the unwanted computer.
  You can also try to copy the contents of the disc on the computer and then try to install and check if it works
  Make sure that you are logged on as administrator.
  Right-click on the installation files and try to run as administrator, and check if that helps
