Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software like Acrobat 9, but they can get your serial number or answer questions about licensing.

  To continue to use the serial you paid for you simply continue using the software that the license has been purchased is valid for (which is all what you have bought in 2013).  Your Adobe Suite has no relationship with the creative cloud.  Your serial number is only valid for the product for which it was purchased.  If you want to use cloud products, you must purchase a subscription.

  Hi Kay,

  If you view the image on the Web site under license history, you will see the watermark it. Then, simply open this picture in the history of the license and choose "save image to the desktop". Now, open the uploaded image and check it out. It should not have the watermark more.
