  I use Illustrator CC.  I just use the image tracking tool to create a version vector of my company logo.  It worked pretty well, but now I'm just trying to clean it up a bit.  I have a few anchor points that I want to just push upwards or downwards into the smallest possible increment.

  I think it would be easier for me to do using the arrow keys on the keyboard instead of the mouse, but the arrows cause my selected anchor point to jump in too large a distance way.  I checked to make sure that the bearings commented, snap to grid and snap to Point are all extinct.  I don't see anything else to do.

  Can someone tell me which control how the keyboard arrow keys will move an anchor point, and how can I fix this to the smallest possible distance?

• Can not activate Win 8 - reports of problems with the product key

  Hi all

  I have just downloaded 8 Win and tried to upgrade my existing Win 7 Home Premium VM, which I run on VMWare Fusion 5.0.1 on my Intel MacBook Pro 2009. I wasn't able to do the upgrade in place - the installer told me that it was not possible to run Win 8 on this machine. Instead, I created a. ISO file and used to install Win 8 in a new virtual machine. Everything works fine, but I can't activate Win 8. The error message tells me that "something is wrong with the product key" even if I could install Win 8 with the same fine product key.

  I called various hotlines MS today but don't have anything got no solid advice. Am I the only one who experience this issue? Is there something I need to pay attention during installation of the virtual machine to win 8? Is it possible to install a fresh VM with a key product upgrade in the first place? I would appreciate any information you might have on this subject.

• Bug? Can change the color chart with the arrow keys?

  I used the option live paint and live paint bucket.  It's really handy change shade that I use by using the left and right arrow keys to change my swatch in the Swatch Palette.  But in CS6, if I do, and the next shade chosen is a percentage of shade of another color (for example, I have a shade of blue and a shade of blue 85%, which is the tinited Swatch blue to 85% in the color palette and then transformed to a saved shade), the 'selection' around the shade box disappears and I can change is no longer the choice of grade without clicking above.

  I can switch easily between shades that are not percentages of the original, without any problem.  CS5 and all earlier versions that had this feature had no problem whatsoever.

  Someone who uses the worm. last Muse CC 2014 with Mac OS 10.10.2 and had a problem of selection of several objects by using the Shift key and hold the method has a work around. This same shift-SELECT approach works fine on the same calculation with other products Adobe such as PS, AI, Id etc.

  Even with the additional code it plays still very well for me.  Try to paste the code in a new file, adding a class of player to the library object and the textfield object to the stage and see if it plays... but...

  Before adding your non-working file player object, just create a circle or something like a movieclip and give him the duty of player through the link library class.  Test using them.  If it works, then try using your real player object to the other file.

  This is a normal behavior. You need not use the space bar to move a selection.  Just have the chosen selection tools and have the cursor within the selected area.  Then just left-click and drag.
