I can not install Service Pack 1 on my Vista Home Premium Edition

Hello

I am trying to install on my Windows Vista Home Premium Edition 32-bit Service Pack 1.

The green bar ends, but there is an error message saying "an internal error has occurred."

Error code: 0x800703F0

I don't know what to do, I need to install MS Office 2010 and need service pack 1.

Please provide opinions on what I should do.

Hello

Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, installation of SP1 first if it is not already installed.
