  Acrobat 9 and Acrobat 11 are two different versions.  Version 11 is not a update 9, it's an upgrade... what something you pay.  An update to version 11 will not work for version 9.

  I would be extremely grateful for any ideas that could help me trying to solve this problem, given my very limited computer skills.                                                                                                                 OS Vista Home Premium(I did have SP2!/?), ZoneAlarmPro, Avast!
