I can open adobe creative cloud, but sometimes a Virgin, why? How can I solve this problem?
I downloaded the creative cloud as a free trial version and it worked for a few days, but then it went blank. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it's the same thing. He worked for a few days and then deleted. It opens, but it is empty. I tried troubleshooting, but it did nothing. I work in windows 8.

This error is visible while trying to open a book that is allowed for a different user than the currently logged in user.
To correct this error, please try to connect under the Adobe ID whose content was accomplished with.
