  If you have not installed anything, but then it's quite simple. Use the option of reset HP Recovery Managerfactory. That will return that your laptop is purchased condition.

  You can access the recovery at Startup Manager by pressing the F11 key immediately after pressing the power button on your laptop.

  Once you have recovered your laptop be sure to make a password reset disk or flash thumbdrive in Windows and put it somewhere safe.

  I recently bought the PC HP Pavilion a6600f w1707 with HP. I also bought a DVI cable to HDMI to connect PC to Samsung HDTV. I can use the VGA cable to connect the monitor and cable DVI to HDMI to connect to HDTV, but log off for the other use. Is it possible to configure Windows Vista Home Premium to display on both screens at the same time, or at least be able to switch between the two without having to unplug one, then restart the computer?

  This can be annoying, but I've done it before.  Usually, you can connect at once, then go to the display panel, settings, advanced, and then there is usually a tab to select the components of the video card.  Mine says NVIDIA...  Once there, you can choose a number of options, for example, clone, extended desktop, etc..  I found that there is some problems with resolution when the display on my TV is over the current screen.

• I have been connected to the internet (wireless), then I unplugged the router and now I can not connect to internet. I tried diagnose the problem, but he said that he could not.

  I have the same issue, but with several different sites on WIN8/IE10... I couldn't access the site of Ebay in a few days, if I can access hundreds of other sites very well.

  However, I don't think that this problem is related to IE 10 specifically, I can't access those sites when you use Chrome or Firefox.   I recently bought three new laptops with WIN8 and having exactly the same problem on all three machines. Can still access those sites very well on any of our old machines running XP or WIN7... same corporate network.  Confirmed that sites are online and working very well; connection is good; router is fine.  The only common denominator is that WIN8 blocking some sites... I can't figure out how.  BTW, I was able to access the site worldftanks very well.  I know this topic question addressing "issues of game", but I suspect that the cause may be the same as what tommay11 knew.  I was curious to know if he has a solution.   It is a matter of compatibility between the WLan router and wireless network card.
  If the wireless network adapter does not support the same Wlan standards then you will not be able to establish the WiFi connection.
  Especially the hotspots (Wlan on airports, city, etc.) are not secure and that is why the laptop automatically connects to these wireless LANs.

  The WiFi network at home or in the office is secure for most and you need a right encryption key to connect to these wireless LANs.

  So I think you should check you settings router WLan configuration and usage of encryption right key, SSID, etc.
