I can't connect to my creative cloud

I have a strange problem. I am disconnecting my creative cloud on my Board, so I try to connect, but I only have this message «You have been disconnected...» "I try to re connect but I can't strip of text anywhere... So I'm trying to edit it directly on the site, but nothing changes. I know that my login and password but I can't use it! I need to install Acrobat Pro immediately.
