I can't connect you to creative cloud, whenever I log in, it says "You have been disconnected" and tells me to reconnect.

I tired to re - install and tried all the troubleshooting suggested, including the abolition of the .db file. Nothing works. I need to reinstall my DVD LR6, but I can't do unless cloud creative work. This new system is difficult to operate properly. Help, please.
