I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.

  Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.

  I deleted the links adobe.activate buttom and now I finally have access to the applications.

  Please follow the steps below

  • Please navigate to user/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE c:\Users[user-name]\Music\iTunes\iTunes/nom (Appdata is a hidden folder, so click on organize > folder and search options, click the view tab and click Show hidden files and click OK)
  • Delete the opm under OOBE.
  • OOBE and rename it OOBEold.
  • Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.
  • Please, rename it to AAMupdaterold.
  • Click the gear on Creative Cloud desktop application icon and choose Exit Creative Cloud.
  • Then, run it, sign in and click on the applications tab.

  You can install the software on two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.

  If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers.  You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.

  If you regularly need to use creative cloud on more than two computers, it would be better to buy an additional subscription.
