I can't connect to the internet service provider said it is due to a recent microsoft update...

Need help please, I find not updated I have to uninstall... the most recent are form 15/08/2012, should I uninstall all the?

The KB2705219 update could be the cause and uninstall that solved the problem for some users.

In another thread [my computer today installed windows 7 updates, but my internet has been lost.] But the network is visible. [what caused this?] a user has identified this notice - McAfee

Some customers may experience a loss of network connectivity and/or errors in McAfee Security Center after a recent update

While it remains the case that uninstall Win7 KB2705219 solved the problem for at least two users update, you might want to consider the McAfee fix, as appropriate. At least two users had also reported having removed then reinstalled McAfee earlier in the day and their systems have increased back & run correctly afterwards.

I had to run the MCPRT deletion a few times before and it caused a problem with the license if the PC was not connected to the internet during the abduction. Due cat of McAfee support reset their files in order to allow the relocation-reactivation. Here is their link cat - McAfee - media contains the link to the cat

  • Can not connect to the internet via my router

I recently changed my dsl cable and Internet service provider. Everything worked fine when I had dsl (no problem connecting by router) but now I can only connect to the internet when the cable modem is connected directly to one of my PCs. I tried to reset the router by default and computers can see each other on the lan, but after trying to reconfigure the router with the modem cable connected it does not detect not the new address ip & dns info even if the adapter is configured to receive the ip address and dns automatically (in windows and the settings of the router.)

Is there something else in my network installation of Windows 7 that needs to reconfigure?

    Hi Viking_Dan,

It is really difficult to troubleshoot network connections because there are so many factors that might cause a problem. I'll do my best, however.

Make sure that you connected the modem cable to the router using the Ethernet port on the router (Wide Area Network) "WAN". Then try to ping the router from an elevated command prompt window. The default IP address is usually something like 192.168.1.1, or similar. Check with your router's configuration. The ping command is:

    Ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

(where the x's represent the IP address)

You will receive all 4 packets back with 0% loss. If you do not have, so I'm puzzled. If you receive all 4 packages without losses and still can't connect to the internet, then check if the radio for the router matches the capacity of your PC. Your router may have a frequency of 2.4 GHz only, only 5 GHz, or a mixture. Your PC can support one of those, or both. Check to see if they match.

If it still does not work, try to set a static IP address for each of your PCs, with the IP address of the router as the default gateway. For the DNS server, I suggest that you use the DNS from Google free, fast and secure server. The IP address is 8.8.8.8

  • When I reinstall windows from my dell disk, everything is great and there are no programs. Also, I can't connect to the Internet.

Good so I bought a Dell Inspiron of the 620 years for the game and I had to reinstall Windows 7 on a drive I ordered from dell. So I reinstalled Windows 7 and now I have a lot of problems. So first of all it seems very strange, the taskbar is not transparent and all the buttons are very weird. Also, there are no programs in the start menu. Secondly, it is said there is no Internet connection available, but I plugged in everything. I can also connect to the Internet on other PCs as my laptop. Any help is necessary, because I really want to return to the game. :)

    Hello

When you reinstall the operating system, you must obtain the latest drivers for Windows 7 Support of Dell.

Go to this link for your model, and then select the operating system > and then select the correct chart, drivers etc. :

    http://www.Dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/product/Inspiron-620s

For network adapter drivers, you can use the computer you are about to post here to go to the link above of Dell > download and save the software drivers for the office > transfer using a Flash drive and install it on the problem machine.

Then use your game machine to get the rest.

And here's how to reinstall using a disc from Dell:

"How manually reinstall Windows 7 on a Dell computer.

    http://www.Dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/KCS/KcsArticles/ArticleView?c=&l=&s=&docid=266457

    You will need

    • Dell operating system installation disc
    • Dell Resource CD/DVD (also available on the page Dell drivers and downloads )
    • Any software and/or the documentation of your connection to the internet service
    • Any application install disks
    • All install disks for external (such as a printer) and added to your Dell devices after the purchase of internal devices

    Hello

This can happen if the uninstall process fails and leaves behind a Symantec registry value. See the following Symantec article.

Unable to connect to the Internet after uninstalling Norton AntiVirus.

    http://Service1.Symantec.com/support/NAV.nsf/8d071816eedd7cac88256c0e005a96e5/751c3298ab99cf7188256d34006702e2?OpenDocument

Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. If after uninstalling the "Junk", the Internet connection does not work as it should, you will need to restart the operating system parts which get trashed by the process.
