I can´t download any app my creative application cause cloud continues to say my user name is incorrect, but it is not.

I know that my ID Adobe, my email, my username and my password. I have no problem when signing through the adobe web page, but when I need to download an app and the creative Cloud application launches, it keeps asking me my username, and no matter if I write the good username, TI would´t just let me in. It keeps telling me the password is wrong and I don't know it s. I recently changed my password just to try if it works with a new, but it continues to tell me it s wrong even when the adobe website I can connect without any problems. I Don t get it. I don - t understand why I have no trouble in the site, but I can't access in the Cloud creative application. Any help? Thank you!

Please try following steps:

Close the creative cloud application.

  1. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  2. Delete the file opm.db.
  3. Launch creative Cloud Desktop

If you are not able to find this file, please see the following link, maybe it's because your library is hidden.

    This error you are getting is related to the network, if the Adobe servers are not able to connect to your machine, this error appears, however, it is only linked to the creative cloud desktop application.

    You can certainly install Adobe Application manager 9.0 and updated creative cloud App, if it still fails, I suggest you to download the app from creative cloud since the direct download link.

    Please follow the steps below to download and install the application creative cloud of direct download link:

    (1) open following a link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html

    (2) open a new tab in the same browser

    (3) open the following link in this http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx3_4_1_181.zip tab

    (4) unzip the files using 7zip or winrar

    (4) install creative cloud by using the configuration file obtained after having unpacked the file

    Note: It is important to do this step by step as opening first link is to ensure that you get no error of access denied when using the second link in this browser.

    You do not have.  Cannot install iOS Apps devices from anywhere, but the App store.   If it is not in the App Store, the app is very probably not designed for iOS and would not be able to be run in any case.
