  I recommend to try this first:

  1. disable any antivirus software or security, you have running on your computer. Looking for software to disable that contains a firewall.

  2. click on START
  3. Type "cmd" (without the quotes). Right-click on the result at the top of the menu START and select 'run as administrator '.
  4 type the following and press enter

  Regsvr32 softpub.dll wintrust.dll initpki.dll

  5. then type the following command and press enter

  netsh winsock reset

  6. restart your computer and see what happens.

  I see that you have an adobe account with the same email with forums, however, I don't see no subscription under this account.

  If you can't change the email during indexing, see the steps below:

  The OOBE and rename it OOBE.old and then try to connect with the correct ID:

  Location: -.

  Windows C: \ directory users\ user account-App data-local-adobe \oobe

  MAC: Go / go to the folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe

  Hi Sam,

  OS is Windows7, so I think it must be the problem with the file of the Java virtual machine. Navigate to the following location:
  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.30\bin\hotspot
  Replace the file FMV of 805KB size with a FMV of larger file (say 2, 280KO).

  This should work... Let me know if it worked or not.

• Help every time I download Service Pack 3 for XP I have to System Restore my computer because I can't start windows normally. Can someone help me solve this problem?

  After I succesufully download service pack 3 and restart the computer, need me a black screen where I have the options of safe mode, safe mode with network, last known working configuration and start windows normally.   It is an indication that the touch mode is active. Should be a button of toolbar that you can click to turn it off. There is also a preference of the user that allows you to turn off.
