  Take a look at the bottom of the unit, you can find the model number and serial number
  I think that the Satellite L670-175 belongs to the series of PSK3CE and if you want to download drivers or manual then you should choose the L670 PSK3CE series.

  I can't find it on the list of HP laptops to update the drivers and so on. It's a HP Pavilion dv6-2144TX, it works under windows 7 and is 32 bits.

  I typed in the model, product number and serial No., but the closest of my model is dv6-1244TX. I have checked and rechecked, put me on the glasses for reading and triple checked. The label under the laptop is also new that and clearly legible.

  get the HWinfor32 it will tell you the model number of your LCD screen. Or you can also use the parts list (this will tell you the actual number of RUF of the LCD screen, unless you traded on the front LCD screen).

• Can't find the model #, product # or # of series after the bios update.

  After a warning about the HP Wizard update the bios, I went to the Download Center HP and put to update the bios for my computer to HP Envy TouchSmart.  The update seems to be okay, but now the product number, model # and serial number are missing. These lines, after pressing CTRL, alt, s are empty. They do not appear on tune.  There are labels on the bottom of the stand, but this information does not appear.  The control center is also missing.  How can I retrieve this information?  Does anyone know if there are tags hidden on this 23 envy all-in-one?
