  The only this code in any of the 2 emails I received Adobe After buying the full subscription of creative cloud was the order #.   Did you purchase your subscription a year from Adobe or from a reseller? Since the help page reference you, there is a link for the students and teachers edition: serial number, the redemption and product codes. Student & teacher Editions. Instructions differ depending on the whether to buy your subscription from Adobe or from a reseller.

  I checked your account and all is well in our end. You don't need any code redemption you Subscriber on June 29, 2014.

  If you have problems to launch your Adobe product and was to return to the prompt for a series and/or trial number, please try the following steps:

  1 sign out and sign back following the steps:

  Sign out, sign in | Creative cloud desktop application

  2 delete the OPM.db file:

  1. Close the creative cloud application.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  3. Delete the file opm.db.
  4. Launch the creative cloud.

  Show hidden files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7

  Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion

  3 reset your Hosts file: (follow steps 3 from the link below)

  Log, activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later versions

  If a desktop computer: look on the side or the rear of the case for a sticker

  If a laptop: look for a sticker on the underside.

  Look on the packaging in which it came.

  Or contact the manufacturer of your computer.
