  What is your operating system? What is Photoshop says the creative cloud app, does show updated?

  Please try to find Photoshop on your computer:

  MAC: From the finder window, click Go > Applications and see if Photoshop is in the list.

  Windows: Click Start > all programs and see if Photoshop is in the list.

  If you could not find, and then follow the steps mentioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html , and then install it.

  For a redefined search C: Vista drive click to start / search and type in EXT:INK. As you type, you'll see two hyperlinks appear just above where you type and we'll search everywhere.  A click on it.  Who will do a fast indexed search and bring up a dialog box.  Click on advanced search.  Click the drop-down location and find the C: drive and click on it. Check the box "include not indexed, hidden and system files (might be slow).»  Then click on search.  You will now search your entire hard drive to the specified file.  And Yes, this isn't a very effective way to search the entire disk for a file but it is how it is done in Vista.

  You can install the Acrobat x update without installing acrobat 9.

  Start the software acrobat x installation.  you will be prompted for the serial number x' are, first of all.

  After entering the serial number x' are, you will be asked (with a drop-down menu) to select the eligible program (acrobat 9).  Select acrobat 9 and enter the serial number its (acrobat 9).

  Enter the correct number at the right time and proceed with the installation.

  Make sure you did more that 'try the link.  Make sure you have made the necessary changes or explain if you couldn't tick the box "any developer".

  If that is the serial number of the real computer, then it should be on a sticker on your box. Usually the sticker indicates the model number of the PC and the serial number. My PC is an E-machine (desktop PC) and the serial number is right at the front (near the Bay of DVD player). If you have a laptop, then it should be on the bottom of the laptop. You may also like to check the documentation that came with the PC, like the serial number is usually among this paperwork. You can also have a warranty card between the paperwork that shows the serial number.

  If, however, you are referring to your number of system operating 'product key' it will be on a label on the back or the bottom of your PC or, if you purchased the windows like a detailed packagae operating system, then the product key number will be on the box the DVD provided in.

• I'm trying to see the attachments to emails and sometimes it says "go to set associations Control Panel and I can't find it on my computer.
