  I suggest that you make sure that the files are converted to the Mp3 file format correctly and then try to play using Windows media player.

  I assume you want all your music stored in one place? The default value for this should be 'my music' (which is located in the folder 'My Documents').

  1 if your music is broadcast all over the place so I guess the best way to find all these files is to click on Start then on Search

  2. now click on "all files and folders" in the left pane.

  3. in the box under "all or part of the file name" type *.mp3 and press the Search button.  If you acknowledge that all files that appear as your music files, then press and hold CTRL of your keyboard and then left click on each desired music file.

  4. now, with all of the selected files, click change and then click copy.

  5 open the 'my music' folder, and then click Edit and Paste.

  Now repeat steps 1-5 but instead of search search *.mp3, *.wma , (which is the default for Windows Media Player 11 music file).

  What devices you use to synchronize the music files?

  If you have saved music files in a folder, you can search the file by the name of the folder.

  1. open the folder on the computer that contains the music files you want to transfer.

  2. then connect the external device to the computer.

  3. scroll through the songs you want to transfer to the device. Right click on the title. When the options are displayed, click on "send to." Scroll the options "send to" and select device.

  If you can't see the music files in the Windows Media Player library you can erase the database of Windows Media Player and Windows Media Player cache of database files by following this link:

  I opened outlook a few days ago and received the error msg telling you that the .pst file is damaged and you need to run the Inbox Repair tool.  When I clicked 'OK' she keeps just for Outlook.  I tried the tool and could not find even with checked hidden files.  I stumbled upon a 3rd party recovery tool and he ran b/c it is 'free '.  I was joking b/c they wanted $130 after getting all my files and I don't know actually, they recovered their.  I then tried to find scanpst.exe on my installation diskettes file, but I have not found them.  Then I downloaded the scanpst.exe online file and tried to run.  I get an error message immediately and it won't work.  I looked at hundreds of forums and posts, and nothing works.
