  Hello

  For the past two weeks my Z10 has not been synchronized with my hotmail calendar. It serves to do just as well but suddenly stopped - even by selecting "Refresh" makes no difference.

  It may have started after an update of OS on the phone - has anyone else had similar problems?

  If this is the case, then the thing to do would be to remove and re - configure the email account. You can also try a device WIPE or loading a new OS from scratch by LINK or autoloader.

• I can't access my email account. I asked for help, and did what was asked, but I get nowhere.

  My hotmail account has been blocked because the guys in charge thought that someone was trying to use my hotmail account.  In fact, it was me using my hotmail since I - Pad.  In any case, I tried to sign up with another e-mail account in order to receive the special one time code, but I did not have a chance.  Now, I am desperate because I have no access to my old emails or one of my contacts list.  It lasts for a week now and I'm trying to get some action.

  When I log in with a different account, the screen goes haywire, jump from a blank screen to another saying that it is waiting for this or that, but really nothing happens.

I had the HTC touch (windows mobile) which would synchronize contacts between windows live mail and my mobile phone from windows without flaw.   A few weeks ago Microsoft added support for Exchange ActiveSync to Hotmail. This means that you can now access your Hotmail account as an Exchange account, giving you full two-way e-mail, contact and calendar sync.

  Update or create your e-mail account using "manual configuration" and specify the type of account as Exchange (EAS) and use the following settings:

  Server: m.hotmail.com

  Domain: leave blank

  Username and password is your email address and password.

  It works wonders on the pre.

  I found a fix offshore in the view of one of the Xpert motorcycle you need to do is to go to your deletion of accounts your hotmail restart your phone (power power off, then on). Then go back to accounts and set it back up I used the automatic setting and its worked a treat.

• My paid AVG does not protect hotmail/yahoo/aol - how can I sync it to make it work please?

  I entirely freed from AVG Internet Security version on my PC.   Despite being checked in all the right boxes for internet protection that I find that he had not checked ANY of my email accounts.  I have a problem with my hotmail and msn messenger.  I have a person showing a 'friends update"on MSN Messenger, which is not on my list of contacts and get e-mail from hotmail contacts that were pirated.

  I contacted AVG who advise me that accounts like Hotmail web-based e-mail, Yahoo or AOL are not protected by their product - but they could be synchronized with windows mail.  Why is this not stated clearly on the box!  The only accounts I have are AOl and Hotmail.  I'm a Windows Messaging account (how?) and how do I syncronise my Hotmail and AOL accounts so that they are protected - thank you.  I use mobile e-mails.

  They told me I was the only person having this problem (cough) - my neighbor has a virus sent through his Yahoo account and it is too with AVG.

  I've got BES both BIS working in my BlackBerry. BES has the email that I use at work. BIS has configured my Hotmail account. Both work fine, but when I tried to use Windows Live Messenger in my BlackBerry I realized that the emails of Hotmail stopped coming.

  So far, that's what I got:

  If I connect to Windows Live Messenger from my BlackBerry, from a Windows computer, or within Hotmail (inside the web browser) I no longer receive mail. Everything I do from my BlackBerry still affects my Hotmail account (mark an e-mail as read, delete or sending an e-mail using my Hotmail account).

  When I sign out of Windows Live Messenger and you receive another email, all delays and the new email come to my BlackBerry and guard mail very well until I connect to Windows Live Messenger again. I do not receive the emails delayed until I get a new once the connection from Windows Live Messenger.

  Already tried battery pull, remove and re-add the account of Hotmail in BIS and uninstall and reinstallation of Windows Live Messenger.

  Please, I know already all the love that some people have on other services of e-mail webmail (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), which helps not at all.

  I searched the web and I have nothing, I hope someone can help me.
