  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   What you do, it is go to the Adobe Web site, click on your product and specify that you want to return items - you want a FULL REFUND!

  What is the first option, they give you?  The session ever elusive "cat."  Three times I tried with various silly responses that got me nowhere

  On my 4th attempt, I'm someone who knew what they were doing - literally within 5 minutes, all problems solved, and things everything works perfectly.

  So... my words of advice - forget trying to fix yourself - hitting where it hurts - in the wallet... the minute you say you want a refund - they struggle to get you fixed, hung, up and ready to go!

  You can change the language used for the interface of Acrobat.com in your profile. Login to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password. Then, click on your name in the upper right and choose personal data (information) in the context menu. Choose English in the menu drop down language (Language), and you should be all set.

  Have you checked the settings > General > accessibility > greyscale > power off.

  If this does not work ty settings > General > accessibility > zoom > on. Triple, tap the screen with three fingers. Tap choose filter. Click None. Triple, tap the screen to get rid of the menu zoom. If you have enabled greyscale in zoom you can disable it in zoom.
