I just bought the Premier of adobe pro, but I can't download the app
When I go to creative cloud, it gives me an error message "unable to reach the adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, and then try again. »
I have tried almost all their troubleshooting faq, and I even disabled my firewall. I can't always connect through their servers. Help, please?

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

You should be able to use the options save as from the main menu to save the file as a Word document.

I already have an account with adobe which is a free membership, not a trial. I restarted my computer (HP, intel i5, windows 10 envy) due to the common problem of home bar activating not when you click on it and it got rid of my creative cloud shortcut and I need to redownload it. Im not that computer savvy, so this can be 100% a stupid question.

As mentioned in the title, I can't download the application Adobe Story. By connecting to the version of the browser based, it is clearly stated in the upper left corner that I use Adobe Story Plus(not Story FREE).
When I try to download the desktop application, it is gray out, and I can't click on it to start the download process.
With the recent release of the creative cloud, Adobe Story branding was changed to Adobe Story more.
You can find out if you are using a free version of the story, if there is a label 'Upgrade Now' in the upper right corner (next to the logout button)
