I can't install the mobile dongle T on Windows Vista.

Hello

My problem is simple, I brought a t-moble dongle the other day, but it won't let me install the software on my computer, when I insert the dongle the box blinks for barly 1 second and then goes again and nothing is displayed on the section 'my computer '.

I tried another dongle and had the same problem, but have you tried my dongle on their computer and works very well.

my computer is a Compaq Windows Vista

Help, please!

Thank you very much, Chris

Hi samjames2009,

Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community. You seem to have a problem with the dongle T mobile on the Windows Vista-based computer. We can get this fixed number by systematically. It can be frustrating for you. But, don't worry, we're here to help.

We start with a few questions-

(1) that you get an error message or error code?

(2) have you made changes on the computer?

I would like more information about the issue.

Method 1-

It is likely that USB on your computer are defective because your dongle actually works on other computers.

I'd like you try to connect the dongle on different USB ports and check.

Method 2-

I wish that you are running the FixIt-

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

Diagnose and automatically fix the Windows USB problems

We know if you need help. We will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
