There is a SPACE between 'exe' and ' / '. You didn't have that. That's why.
Please copy and paste it in the search box ot Run box... outlook.exe /resetnavpane

It cannot open hyperlinks in outlook. Could but can't now.
The title says it all really: basically, I can't open a hyperlink in any E-Mail using Outlook. I can if IE is the browser but not if it's Firefox.
For more information: my OS is Windows 7. Outlook is 2003.I can't imagine a reason for Adobe Reader (standalone, outside Firefox) to work as Outlook or a URL shortcut does not work.
Sometimes, users report that Firefox displays a new tab or a new window without loading the link, but it sounds as if on your system, nothing happens at all. Is - this important if Firefox is running or not before you click the link?

I can't open google, yahoo, facebook and other sites.
I can't open google.com , facebook.com, twitter.com, TomsHardware.com, microsoft.comand live.com (so far these sites that I know cannot be opened in firefox), it just says: server not found. But I can open the other sites (same google.co.id is OK, but not google.com).
What I tried
-open websites in safe mode
-clear the cache and cookies
-Scan my pc with the microsoft safety scanner
Other browsers work perfectly, the other pc/smartphone (on the same network) also work very well.
I'm on windows 8.1.

I used a program to blow this stupid fake virus Vista Security that's happened here. Subsequently, I can't open any .exe files. If I open a file saved in this format (for example, a Microsoft Word file recorded) will be open, but not all of the original programs themselves. I can't do a system restore because it's a .exe. The DOS commands, including the .com-style those don't work either! Help please!

Once my system has rebooted and I opened my emails in outlook, when I clicked on a hypertext link, there me no where. I don't have an error message. I went back in and make Firefox my default program with all the extensions and protocols for Firefox. However, when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail message, it still opens not in Firefox. This little trick has IE and Microsoft is now to change my system. Until I have updated files, hyperlinks in emails open in Firefox. Help, please. I hate IE!
Windows doesn't know it should start to Firefox to open these links.
Try this first. Launch IE (yes I know) and set it as the default browser. After
Close IE. Wait a few moments, then launch Firefox. Then set FF as a default. -
