I can't open PDFs on my PC after the passage of Adobe Creative on my Mac.  When you try to open a PDF on my PC, I now get a message asking me to specify a 'serial number' who says that my trial version has expired.  What should I do?

It's VERY frustrating.  I can't open PDF files without having to enter my serial number Adobe Creative Suite.  I know not why this happens because the reader is a free product and should not have an affiliation with paid products, such as Creative Suite.  Help, please!

In other words, NOT with the Adobe Acrobat which is part of Creative Suite. If you can no longer use Creative Suite, it might be as well to uninstall.
