I can't play games on firefox, the game loads and then disappears, what can I do?

My child has tried to go on bored.com but did not to play a game, I saw that she chose a game, WAIT for it to load but disappeared before she could play the game. This really frustrated him and me thinking that Firefox is perfect until this problem arose from the depths. Please help me on this.

    Make sure that you have "migrated settings cache of database as well. If the cache is too small, you will have similar problems.

    SOLVED! I thought about it. As usual, at the point where I have ask for help is when I tell me how to solve. It's simple, really. I was at work, so I guess that the security settings on the wifi of the company prevented me to access these panels (for some odd reason)? I simply turned off the wifi in the settings, and everything works perfectly.
