Search for dom.storage, and he said probably false. Right click and click on "toggle" to change for real. This should fix the problem. -

A part of the text in e-mail from a particular sender does not at all appear in gmail or my hotmail in Firefox e-mail account. When I go to the same email using Internet Explorer, all the text is there. I tried the email viewing with disabled modules, and that did not fix the problem.
Thanks for the message. The Inspector indicates that the message consists of a large number of tags nested inside of each other. (Screenshot attached)
I don't see any purpose to have so many tags nested inside one another, because they are very repetitive, but many creation tools make no effort to write good HTML as long as it works in IE.
The problem is that Firefox is not by not showing what it is rather than is not showing an image of plain text, as you saw when you paste into a word processing document. At least then you would know when something is missing. I don't know if/when that will be fixed, this is a known issue for some time.
The redirect solution does not work on Gmail rich text/HTML mode, but if you switch to plain text mode, the list without style appears as a piece of text (screen attached). Not very useful, but it is there in a pinch.
Sorry I don't have a good fix for the moment.

On November 29, 2012, I could no longer play youtube videos in Firefox. They play well in Safari. I have made no change in my system, Flash is up to date (and has been; this has not changed), and RealPlayer is not active. What can I do to fix this? One minute, he was working; the other, it wasn't.
I have only one computer.
I have reset Firefox instead of making the diagnosis, which seems to have solved this problem, but now I have more Ad Block Plus. I can't wait to see what I have to do to get Firefox the way it worked before.
Thank you.

Do a check with some malware malware, analysis of programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.

FLV files are not displayed in Firefox, but do on IE Chrome and Safari
I have the following code on a Web page to display a video file that is stored in an external location
<object width="480" height="350"> <param name="movie" value="http://flvnetwork.com/assets/YTPlayer.swf" /> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /> <param name="flashvars" value="autostart=false&frontcolor=lightblue&backcolor=black&file=http://flvnetwork.com/vod/iseehosting/media/lifejackets.flv&image=http%3A%2F%2Fflvnetwork.com%2Fvod%2Fiseehosting%2Fmedia%2F4d1a61b3-892c-4201-af31-6f4e108c4511.jpg" /> </object>
Video files appear OK in IE8 and IE9 and Chrome on PC and Safari and Chrome on Mac. I don't see why it wouldn't display on Firefox in Mac or PC format.
Kind regards
Ian JohnsonFor Firefox, you must specify the file name in an attribute in the object tag.
<object width="480" height="350" data="http://flvnetwork.com/assets/YTPlayer.swf"> <param name="movie" value="http://flvnetwork.com/assets/YTPlayer.swf" /> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /> <param name="flashvars" value="autostart=false&frontcolor=lightblue&backcolor=black&file=http://flvnetwork.com/vod/iseehosting/media/lifejackets.flv&image=http%3A%2F%2Fflvnetwork.com%2Fvod%2Fiseehosting%2Fmedia%2F4d1a61b3-892c-4201-af31-6f4e108c4511.jpg" /> </object>

I always use gmail on Mozilla Firefox. My main gmail account is my home page.
Gmail has been fine until the end of the day on January 22.
But this morning I was completely unable to access main gmail ACCT. At first, I was still able to get my gmail recovery account, but now it's over, as well.
Received the instruction to change the password. It has been three or four times. Did not work.
Need you help to regain the use of gmail on Firefox.
Everything still works fine on Internet Explorer.
Thank you

I can't open the images in Yahoo mail with 7 Firefox, but IE works.
After several years of success with Yahoo mail and Firefox, I can longer open mail of Yahoo (jpg, bmp) images. I can open them in gmail with Firefox or IE. I can open them in Yahoo mail using IE. I am running Firefox 7.0.1 and I think, but am not sure, all my trouble started after the update to this version of Firefox.
RESOLVED: Here is the solution to "I can't open the images in Yahoo mail with 7 Firefox, but IE works." Just before I log on my E-mail Yahoo site I turn on cookies, but I never enable third-party cookies. That has always worked very well until October 2011. Just after I installed the new Firefox 7 this problem started. Now I just found out that the problem is solved, if I enable cookies from third party. Users should not have to enable cookies from third party read the Yahoo mail via Firefox!

I have just updated Firefox, but seems to have lost the menu on top left of the page (very useful) who had a number of elements, including the 'bookmarks', 'tools' etc.. On the far left of this 4/5 menu item is the logo of Mozilla.
Can you please tell me how to get it back?
Hi Peter, to activate different bars on and outside, including the Menu bar, you can use one of the following methods to view the list of the toolbar, and then select the desired bar (s) there:
- Right click on a place empty on the tab bar (or the button '+')
- Press the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > view > toolbars
- in customize mode > show/hide toolbars (see: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars)
To activate the menu bar, toolbar bookmarks or other bars, click it in the list.
Is - that you are looking for?
If something isn't quite right, it is possible that an extension has been tweaking the menu/toolbar area...

I updated FireFox to Version 38.0.1 this morning. I tried (unsuccessfully) to access the www.mountainview-hospital.com , hospital patient portal, but has received to the effect that "AOB" unavailable error messages at the top of my screen. I can access it without problem using Google Chrome. Whenever I update FireFox, something else stops working. I like FireFox, but it becomes quickly unusable.
