  Please go to the library Module, then click on the picture in the Menu bar and then click the stacking.

  From there please select expand all stack them.

  It should show all the images if they are virtual copies.

  If you can see your images to develop, but not in the library, your preview cache is broken. Delete it and rebuild your previews. This is the file ending with '.lrdata' who lives next to your catalog.

  I have observed that the column "Core Image" (and "disc of the user) is visible in the tab"Office Sources"with persistent Office pools. The pool you are looking at is maybe not persistent.

  First of all, let me explain that when it comes to LR and catalogs I am a positive newbie, I just use LR to tweak the images and I am not very organized. So excuse the dodgy terminology below.

  When I used the LR3.6 option library listed all my files on the left side under "Folder" and showed a subfolder for each year from 2009-2012. I've now upgraded to LR4, and all I see is 2011. During the installation process of LR$ he asked me if I wanted to spend the process model, that I said yes and he did. Then, because I had read that 4.1 fixed a lot of issues, I downloaded and installed RC4.1 I run now.
