I can't uninstall CS 5.5, HELP!
I need the 2.65 GB space for installation of Windows 10 but can not get the CS to uninstall. the uninstall program returns a message suggesting the reboot and then download and run the Adobe CS5 clean script, I made sure that the windows setup program is running. It error.
I must say that it is no longer a CS5 folder on my machine yet Control Panel programs and features still shows all the concerts of 2.65 of it.
I could really use some help here.

If the vacuum cleaner does not use the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems I don't know what else to think... and the version is old enough that Adobe no longer provides support
If your hard drive is full, you might want to move some data files on an external drive to offer a space

Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

Cannot update, can't uninstall, help
I can't update creative cloud (remains at 2% update and says unable to connect to the server) so I tried to uninstall to reinstall as a method of fixing. Every time I'm about to uninstall I tells me that I must close on another instance of the program before uninstall can operate. I can't find the other instance and am currently blocked.
