I would like to know how to change the settings on my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop. Click Start, click 'All programs', please find and open the folder "Accessories".
(B) Please, right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator".
(C) enter the following command in the window line come.
· NET user administrator / Active: Yes
- NET user administrator /active: Yes
- Note: There is a space between "Administrator" and "/ active: yes".
- 4. close the session and log on to the administrator account and then try to install.
Also try to disable UAC:
- 1. click the Start button, type "User account control" and press ENTER.
- 2. when the user account control settings box appears, move the slider to never notify.
- 3. click on OK and then install the program.
