I can't work with creative cloud of my office for the 2015 version

Since Creative Cloud 2015, I can't work with creative cloud of my office more.

When I use the right click, I don't have the option of creative cloud I had before the 2015 version:

Sorry, my instructions missed an important point: Please make sure that you open an administrator command prompt. I've updated the steps with the change of "BOLD":

1. open a command prompt. (In Start menu, find 'cmd', then right click and choose 'Run as administrator').

2. enter these two lines at the command prompt (copy and paste to make sure they're right):

"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe creative Cloud\CoreSyncExtension\customhook\CoreSyncCustomHook.exe" - installation - component = CoreSyncExtension

"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe creative Cloud\CoreSyncExtension\customhook\CoreSyncCustomHook.exe" - installation - component = CoreSync

    Hi, thank you very much for your answer! I found out that my problem was my OS system is old and therefore does not support the new CC 2015 applications.

    I installed the trial version of photoshop and a few days after, I joined the creative cloud. Now I have the problem that Photoshop told me, that it does not start because the trial period is over. So I uninstalled apps from creative cloud with the adobe uninstaller and reinstalled again. But Photoshop tells me the same thing again.

    How can I get Photoshop back to work? I tried the reinstall 3 times, but it just won't work.

    I have a mac and have creative cloud installed on windows and osx apps side side 7 (on bootcamp). I work under windows only with some programs. Most of the time, I'm on osx.

    Maybe someone can help me with a comment.

  • With creative cloud, do you always install the software?

    I was under the impression that Adobe has worked more as Office 365, where you sign right on the web and access to the software.

    Please let me know, I don't know if it's the way that it works for all different subscriptions. If so, it's okay. But if not can the type of subscription that I bought, I want to go back and choose another.

    PS. I'm already a customer of Adobe, I purchased CS4 a long time ago. So I signed up recently for the $29.99 per month deal for 12 months. I need to be able to access most of the core applications and hoped I wouldn't have to install a large part.

  • Paid for Adobe Creative Cloud but had to download the trial version

    I just paid for 1 year in the educational version of cloud full creative adobe and downloaded on my laptop. I already have Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection on my laptop and I was not able to open creative cloud applications that I did an uninstall on Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection.  Then I tried to open the creative cloud and he insisted that I have try the trial version and to be in a pinch because I loaded on my laptop needed to start the new class the next day, I downloaded the trial version.  Now, I need to know how to install the creative cloud that I already paid for and to make sure it works well. I think that the newly loaded creative cloud could have a conflict with the Adobe Creative suite master 6 precedent. Is there a phone number I can get in touch with him talk tech to answer these questions and help me to get this software working.

    Check the details of your account on Adobe.com to see if the active subscription will appear.
