Problem with creative cloud update - no connection to the server

Creative cloud on my PC (Windows 7) trying to update to the latest version. Download update stops at 2% with the statement "connection to the server. My firewall and antivirus BITDEFENDER are disabled. I installed Creative cloud on my PC and my laptop (Windows 8). On both platforms, I got the same error. Creative cloud is not able to update. Someone at - it an idea, what could be the problem?
