I bought the thing only app for illustrator, but the creative cloud thing keeps giving me the trial version?
AY yo I made a purchase plan only app to 200 per year and the darn creative cloud thing won't let me use the thing, I bought. It keeps giving me the trial version.
It won't let me sign up or the license of the thing for nothing.
The trial and the actual application are the same, they use your license.
You have already subscribed.
Check the details of your account on Adobe.com to see if the active subscription will appear.
Sign in to creative cloud with the SAME Adobe ID (what is essential, since it is the only way for her).
If this still does ' t help, let us know what is happening, including error messages.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I bought an annual individual license for Illustrator and also one for Photoshop + Lightroom, now, I realized that I need Acrobat Pro and need to buy another individual license that will cost me the 3 together over the whole creative cloud option that includes all applications. Can I Exchange my 2 subscriptions for the rather creative cloud and pay only the difference?

I activated my subscription and paid for it as well, but the creative application cloud shows only the trial versions of the programs? What does that mean? Cause I followed the installation steps, and when I try again it says my installation code has already been activated?...

Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

So, yesterday I bought After Effects (first time member creative Cloud and it was the only program that I bought so far through CC) and I got the email about the transaction is successful. I downloaded the installer CC, installed and then downloaded the trial version of After Effects, since it was the only option available. However, even if I went through my account and tried a few other things that have been proposed on the forums, I can't seem to get the serial number, so I can finally put the licensed software. Any help would be wonderful.

Meriem, there seems to be some disconnect that the host file should solve the problem.
Please contact support by calling/chat so that an agent can remote into your machine and solve the problem for you.

Yes, unfortunately GFWL's an imperfect system. Steam has similar problems. I find the best way to avoid
problems is to play all the games that are related to a system off line.
I have absolutely no interest in what GFWL can offer online, in any case.
Many games have a "fix" for GFWL, which are generally easy to find through a search.
