  Hello. The access code on your iPad is the code four or six numbers you will need to enter to unlock the device. It has nothing to do with the verification of your Apple ID or two-step.   You cannot delete the @icloud.com addresses etc, you created when you created the account. If you create an alias it work that addresses of original on the outside, and nobody will see these.

  You can do none of this, I'm afraid. You can change the email address that is your Apple ID to another address non-Apple, but you cannot change it to your iCloud address (which is an Apple ID itself). And you are unable to use this address iCloud in conjunction with any other Apple ID.
