  I get a different error during an attempt of an overview.  It starts to get an overview of the page, gets about 2 inches to the bottom of the page and then I get the following error:

  I downloaded the latest driver (and reinstalled several times) of HP with no luck.  No errors are recorded in the Application events.

  I'm going nuts trying to figure out this one!  Thanks for your help.

  I finally had time to unplug the scanner, wait 60 seconds and then plug it again.

  Just update you 13 windows 7 items... I sat until midnight and found the program data and ended up finding the catalog. I deleted the catalog now. and uninstalled items 13. I hope that when I reinstall it will be like new, and I can go back again. I had messed up I saw when viewing the photos in the media, it was media files and thought they shouldn't be there so I deleted them. Maybe thinking about now I get an error. Before, I made a slideshow with the media from the drive. I just started using elements 13 I used windows live previously for videos. Can you let me know also what photoshop elements or first, you use the most.  Also if I import video files in why do I see them I think of thumbnails. That's where I went wrong and thinking, they shouldn't be here. I brought a few books and trying to go through the learning process. What camera do you use?  Many questions sorry.   Try to change the ID to your old one, sign out iCloud on computers/devices, then replace it with a new and connect.

  There is no serial number match between the computer and the charger. All MBA models came with a 45W charger and there is no danger in using a higher power charger.

• Just installed update for Windows Media Player 11 and now, all the songs I had in my library before the update, I get the message you need a license to play these songs.

  These songs have been copied to my computer from the CD that I bought at retail, and have played several times.  Is there a process where they can be reinstated? I don't know if it's the right word, but I hate having to download individual licenses for these songs. And why doesn't IE throw me on the internet as soon as the download license screen happens?  Do I have to uninstall the update?

  3. do you have an error message when Internet Explorer throws you off the screen?
